MOVEMENT PRACTICE

Moving Meditations

Breath • Rhythm • Awareness in Motion

Introduction

Moving Meditations is a holistic movement practice inspired by Sacred Geometry, the Orff Music approach, and my personal moving methodology, where breath, rhythm, sound, and embodied awareness come together as one living experience.

This practice invites you to step out of thinking and into sensing—where movement becomes meditation and the body becomes a tool for presence, expression, and inner alignment.

At the heart of Moving Meditations lies the understanding that the body is not separate from awareness—it is awareness in motion.

Moving Meditations

Sacred Geometry

Movement sequences are inspired by circles, spirals, symmetry, expansion, and natural geometric patterns found throughout life and the cosmos.

Rhythm & Sound

Drawing inspiration from the Orff approach, rhythm, percussion, voice, and breath become living companions that guide movement naturally.

Embodied Awareness

Experience movement as meditation, where presence arises through the intelligence of the body rather than the activity of the mind.

The Practice

Drawing from the principles of Sacred Geometry, each movement sequence reflects natural patterns found in life and the cosmos: spirals, circles, symmetry, expansion, and return. These forms are not only visual—they are experienced physically through rhythm and space.

Inspired by the Orff approach, sound and rhythm are integrated as living companions to movement. Percussion, voice, and breath guide the body into organic flow, making each session both structured and improvisational, grounded and free.

Each Session Includes

Breath Awareness

Grounding attention and regulating the body's natural rhythm through conscious breathing.

Rhythmic Movement

Guided sequences inspired by music, natural cycles, and harmonious movement.

Sacred Geometry

Embodied exploration of circles, spirals, mandalas, symmetry, and geometric forms in motion.

Sound Integration

Voice, percussion, rhythm, and breath working together as movement guides.

Meditative Presence

Cultivating stillness within movement and awareness within action.

A Return to Being

Moving Meditations is not a performance. It is a return.

A return to:

  • The intelligence of the body.
  • The simplicity of breath.
  • The clarity of rhythm.
  • The spaciousness of awareness.
  • The magnificence of being alive.
"When movement becomes awareness, awareness becomes freedom."

Integration

It is suitable for all bodies and all levels of experience. No prior training is required—only curiosity and a willingness to move and listen from within.

As patterns repeat and evolve, participants begin to notice a shift: movement becomes less about doing and more about allowing. Rhythm becomes a bridge between inner and outer worlds. Geometry becomes felt rather than seen.

This is where meditation begins to move—and movement begins to meditate.
